On the Côte d’Azur, Noé and Kito celebrate three years together in a villa above the sea. But beneath the surface of their idyllic holiday, their love is unraveling.
SYNOPSIS
Noé, 30, a trans actor from a privileged background, and Kito, 25, a Sorbian poet and musician, retreat to Noé’s family villa on the French Riviera to celebrate three years together. Their Berlin love story has faded into routine and resentment.
In the luxurious Mediterranean setting, tensions surface. Noé criticizes Kito’s lack of ambition; Kito feels suffocated by Noé’s control. When Noé lands a major role in London and expects Kito to follow, their incompatibility becomes undeniable. Their anniversary celebration erupts into a painful breakup.
After an inner journey confronting themselves with their fears, they share one final night of intimate connection—allowing them to transform their love into something new, something stronger, that will bond them ever after.
